When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide along with the audience type you select (provider, customer, or both) and which page on the site the submission came from.

We do not collect financial information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use information

Waitlist information is used to send you product updates and early access invitations as the network rolls out.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use product analytics, including PostHog, to understand which pages people visit and which calls to action lead to waitlist submissions. Analytics data is collected to help us improve the site and is treated as operational telemetry.

You can use browser-level controls and privacy extensions to limit analytics if you prefer.

Data storage

Waitlist submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database operated on our behalf. Access is restricted to the team operating Harts Cloud.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing the address below. We will remove your record promptly.
